I wanted somewhere that I could capture the spur of the moment and weeknight combinations that I cook for myself! I follow a fairly strict Autoimmune Paleo protocol diet (see The Paleo Approach by Sarah Ballentyne for the details) but splurge on seed spices, spicy nightshades as a spice (like chili/cayenne), dark chocolate, and an occasional sip of wine. I will say that I don't think my personal puzzle is complete with just the diet, so I'm looking for more ways to figure out how to achieve the final bits of healing. 

I do love cooking, but it took me awhile to get into the groove of making all our meals at home. I'm finally getting more time to exercize, goof off, or just hang out around the edges of feeding myself 3+ times a day! I hope seeing the daily meal combinations I come up helps you realize that you can do this too!
